Exchange/Return Policy
1. We will check all our items before we mail out to ensure no damages of our products.
2. All exchanges/returns can only be made within 3 days after items are posted out.
3. Exchanges will only be applicable for flawed items. Strictly no exchange for items which are deemed damaged or used by customers.
4. For clause (3), exchange is only for items of higher price. No refund will be given if customers choose to buy a lower price item.
5. Strictly no exchanges/returns for undergarments due to hygiene purpose.
6. Strictly no returns/refunds are allowed.
7. We reserve all rights in all exchanges/returns.
